Movement is meaningful and essential to feeling extraordinary. As a dancer, yoga instructor, life coach and sensuosity guide, I help people bring greater freedom and pleasure to their daily lives. This work often calls upon dance, yoga or other combinations of movement, tailored to your needs in the moment.

Qoya is blend of yoga, free form dance, sensual movement and community connection.
It’s based on the belief that as women, when we dance, we REMEMBER—how to trust our body as our sacred guide, how to embody our soul and live a life aligned with our truth and intuition.
There’s no wrong way to do Qoya. You’ll know you’re doing it “right” when it feels great in your body.
No dance, yoga, or fitness experience necessary. Just wear comfortable clothing and be ready to feel fabulous.
Private Yoga and Movement Classes

Yoga is a joyful practice that enhances vitality and enthusiasm—for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
Join me for a one-on-one yoga or combination yoga/dance/movement session in Boulder, Denver or online, customized for your body
During my dynamic or gentle private sessions, we’ll meet your mind/body where it is, which could mean blending any of the following:
- Restorative yoga
- Active, flow yoga
- Intuitive movement
- Guided meditation
We’ll begin with a 15-minute intro call to discover the best way to work together. I’ll give you a pre-session questionnaire to complete before we meet in person.
You can also expect a post-session follow-up email to review what we discovered and how to carry your movement experience forward.

Work wisely with yoga.
At the office, our bodies can retain the stress hormones that fuel our busy days. That’s because we were designed to burn off cortisol and adrenaline through movement—and not just a walk to the water cooler.
